Welcome to Omi Beaute. These Terms & Conditions (the ‘Terms’) govern your use of our website, operated by JOHNESPRIT SDN BHD. (Company Registration No. 200301034144) (collectively ‘Omi Beaute’). By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Order Policies
• Order Eligibility: Orders are only accepted from customers within Malaysia.
• Stock Availability: Orders are subject to stock availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
3.Returns & Refunds
• Payment Policy: All payments made are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Cancellation & Changes: No cancellations or changes to orders are allowed once confirmed.
• Returns: Refunds or exchanges are only accepted for:
o Products found broken or damaged upon delivery.
o Product deterioration upon receiving the goods within 3 days of delivery.
• Customers must report issues via email (care@omibeaute.com) or contact the website’s customer service within 24 hours of receiving damaged products. Include photos and a description of the issue for review.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices displayed on the Website are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout. We accept payments via FPX, Stripe, and other secure payment gateways integrated into the Website.
5. Shipping Policies
• Delivery: Shipping is available within Malaysia only. Delivery fees are calculated during checkout.
o West Malaysia: Estimated delivery time is 1-2 working days.
o East Malaysia: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 working days.
• Dispatch: Orders placed before 12 PM (Monday–Friday) ship the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Lost or Damaged Items: We are responsible for items lost or damaged in transit until delivered. Customers must report damaged items within 24 hours of receipt with photo and description proof via email at care@omibeaute.com, through the Website’s customer service portal, or WhatsApp (+012-201 2448/+012-751 3239). Reports made after 24 hours will not be considered.
6. Promotions and Loyalty Programs
• Promotions: We offer various coupons, vouchers, discounts, promo codes, free shipping vouchers, and cashback/rewards programs.
